One of the highlights of this hotel is its fantastic location. It is nicely positioned beside the river, providing guests with picturesque views and a calming atmosphere. Being close to the metro is also a great advantage, making it convenient for exploring the city and reaching popular destinations like the Liuhe Night Market.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Staff are accommodating and offer suggestions for local restaurants and sites to visit.

It's worth noting that the room design is outdated and could use a refresh to modernize the space.

This hotel was perfect for our romantic escape! The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. We loved that the hotel was located just a short walk away from the train station and a great night market. Plus, there was a delicious breakfast included in the room rate - what a bonus!

While we loved the hotel overall, there were a couple of minor issues. The air conditioning was a bit old-fashioned and could have been a little more effective.

During our recent stay at Riverside, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent location just minutes away from the main station. The staff, particularly one manager, went above and beyond to help us retrieve a lost item. Despite initial denials, they eventually found my bum bag with my passport, which had been conveniently "picked up" in the lift. Although the room design and bathtub may not have been perfect, the discounted Indonesian restaurant nearby provided delicious food options. We found the overall experience at Riverside to be worth the price and would recommend it to others.
